The Côte de Nacre coast is located North of Caen. it is the
littoral located between the Vire and Orne rivers.

On this coast, the cliffs are scarce, making all the more remarkable the cliffs of Luc sur Mer and Lion sur Mer, a natural and preserved setting between Ouistreham and Courseulles sur Mer.
